Hilma Af Klint was an Swedish artist ahead of her time – blending botany, science, mysticism, and spirit into work the world wasn’t ready for. Trained at Stockholm’s Royal Academy of Fine arts in 1887 – rare for a women – she created some of the first abstract paintings, then chose to keep them hidden for decades after her death.
She trusted what she saw, even when no one else did.
This deep cloche carries that same quiet certainty. Structured yet soft, patterned like a secret language, it sits low and close – like a thought you keep just for yourself.
I feel that she would have loved this hat, a chance to wear her art before anyone knew it existed…
