Description
This hat is handmade felt. The silk is fused with raw wool in a process of wet felting called nuno felting. Once the fabric is created, it is stiffened and blocked over a vintage wooden block to get the hat shape. Wire reinforces the hat, as does the grosgrain headband. A twisted elastic hides in your hair to allow you to position the hat as you wish on your head.
